The room (22m2) is situated inside of a monumental building. The rent is €426,- including service costs. You have your own kitchen and share your shower and toilet with one other housemate. There is a dryer and washing machine in the building, the costs you have to share with the other housemates. We sometimes have a drink with the housemates, but it’s pretty relaxed, there’s no mandatory house nights. We are looking for an outgoing international- or a dutch student who is very comfortable with English. You have to be able to move on the 1st of january.
